Sitting together in a circle creates a sense of community and magnifies the power of our intentions. Freely, set and seal your intention practice and release that which is not serving you well.
This gathering will begin with light breath work and body opening movements, journaling, intention setting, creative reflection, and closing meditation in a warm peace-filled space.
Let’s take this time to share the hopes and dreams we have planted.
Together we will consider ways we might tend to these seeds and what it looks like to experience true personal growth.
