Hey friends- don't miss out... Club Pilates is teaming up with In The Zone to offer a 45 minute outdoor mat pilates class followed my mimosas, light snacks, Panera treats, and ONE FREE service from In The Zone. You can choose from Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Normatec (compression therapy) or Cold Laser Therapy.
There will also be a raffle to win some FREE stuff!!
