Description
Concert Chorale is a choir open to the entire student body. It performs representative choral literature of all styles and periods. Traditionally, they perform a pops concert in the fall, a festival of lessons and carols in the winter, and a requiem in the spring. It is conducted by Dr. Sean Teets.
The Liturgical Choir is an ensemble of twelve to thirty singers devoted to performing sacred music of all eras at masses and selected liturgies on campus and in the community throughout the academic year. Admission is granted by audition. It is conducted by Dr. Lara West.
Opera Workshop is offered in the spring semester and is an opportunity for students to participate in either a portion of a larger opera or an operetta. It is a good way to experience classic opera literature in a performance setting. Admittance by audition.
Chamber Singers is a small choral group open to students only by audition. They perform at numerous functions including commencement.
