Lexington Lake Park

The future Lexington Lake Park, previously referred to as the Rieke Lake property, consists of 465-acres located west of De Soto and north of K-10 Highway. The site includes a 30-acre fishing lake, as well as a mix of woodlands, forest, and open areas.

A master plan for the park was completed by a consulting team headed by Bowman Bowman Novick, Inc., of Kansas City, Missouri. and it was approved by the Board of Park and Recreation Commissioners in 2008.
