My name is Amy Miller and I am currently a Level 1 and Level 2 Buti Yoga Instructor. I am currently in progress of completing my 200 RYT program through Buti Yoga with Bizzie Gold. Buti is a form a yoga that sculpts muscles while the body is in the optimal fat burning zone. Buti Yoga was designed for a woman's body and my goal is to build a tribe of woman who support and empower each other.
